Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited, a brand known for its legacy, experience and reliability in the industry, is back with the second season of its 'A Happy Place Called Home' campaign, which brings you closer to your dream home.
The scheme allows customers the flexibility to pay 10% of the cost of their preferred property now and rest in January 2021. The customer needs to pay an EOI amount of 1/2/3 Lakhs depending upon the type of unit before 30th June. The customer has time till 15th July to visit the property and decide whether he/she wants to continue with the booking. In case of any uncertainty, the customer has the liberty to get a 100% refund on the EOI.
The aftermath of the COVID established the importance of owning a home which resulted in increased demand and absorption rate for RTMI properties. So, to provide home buyers with an opportunity to buy their dream home even in such unprecedented times, the first season of this campaign was launched in May 2020. It was first announced through a webinar that witnessed registrations from 2000+ channel partners from across the country and overseas.
Beautifully highlighting a message of 'Home is centre of it all', the campaign benefitted 100 families in the first season, which lasted for a month.
