Let’s face it! The year 2020 has been a disaster on a huge scale, disrupting all our plans for holidays, investments, career decisions and business on hold. The manner in which countries shut themselves after the pandemic was declared, forcing people to stay indoors gave us much time to deliberate upon what should be of importance and priority in our lives. Gradually, as we learned to juggle between work and home chores, along with meeting family needs and carving out spaces for ourselves, one the thing that stood out and gained our attention was the need for our own homes. Everything else, like holidays and eating out seems less like a priority now as it has dawned how important owing our own space has become. A space where we can live and work in peace, a space which offers not only living solutions but also makes us feel closer to nature.
In a bid to address this rising need from customers, either to buy their own homes or upgrade from their existing establishment, Tata Housing Development Company (THDC) has launched its 'Move In India' drive. The campaign has been designed and launched by the company, which is an established name in real estate, to address an increasing need being felt by customers to upgrade their homes, even during such trying times. The scheme offers a flexible payment option and is extended across 18 Tata Housing projects with both ready-to-move-in and under construction properties are in the price range between Rs 25 lakh and Rs 6 crore. Interested customers have the option of paying between 15 percent and 20 percent of the agreement value, after which, they can move in the ready-to-move-in properties. The EMIs will begin from the next year, starting September.
The ambitious drive has been launched to provide customers across the world with a flexible payment scheme and was necessitated owing to the changing macroeconomic conditions, which has fuelled the return of opportunity-seeking investors and NRIs into considering real estate as a safe investment bet. The company is positive about the response from this campaign as all the listed projects are placed in strategic locations and are quality projects from the house of Tata Housing.
Another unique feature about the campaign is its digital footprint, meaning that the company has made use of digital marketing extensively using geo targeting, cross device promotions and remarketing to touch base with prospective buyers at multiple points. Now, customers can choose a home digitally in a convenient and easy manner simply by logging on the website www.tatarealty.in which is equipped to provide property views through virtual tours and make digital transactions, thereby removing the need for physical tour of property.
The scheme is valid from 11th August 2020 to 30th September 2020.
