HRERA registration is for Towers B1 to B5. Project is being developed by ‘Sector 113 Gatevida Developers Private Limited’ (Developer), a joint venture between Tata Housing Development Company Limited and CSN Estates Pvt. Ltd. The offer is valid for a limited period only on select units and the Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the same. The applicant shall be required to pay interest at the rate of 3.5% for first 12 months, 8% rate of interest shall be fixed by the Company for the purpose of offer period and the differential interest benefit to be passed on as credit note to the applicant. The applicant shall be offered with silver coin for the successful booking of the unit, value of which may vary depending on the configuration of the unit purchased. The silver coin will be issued to the applicant upon registration of Agreement for Sale and will be subject to the terms specified by the third party company issuing the same. The silver coin cannot be clubbed with any other offer or scheme. The silver coin cannot be exchanged for equivalent cash and discounts. The silver coins are subject to applicable taxes. Developer reserves the right to make changes in the plan as per government guidelines. The approvals can be checked at site office of the Developer.
